We are located in the Rancho Shopping Center at 644 Fremont Avenue in Los Altos. The office is nestled behind Starbucks Coffee, just down the breezeway.

Mon:		8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Tue:		By appointment only
Wed:		8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thu:		1:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Fri:		7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sat:		By appointment only

Walk-ins are welcome, however, appointments are highly recommended so that Dr. Holder can provide prompt attention to your needs.
